the room was spacious. the bathroom had extra privacy because it was separate. the breakfast included a variety of well-cooked items. it was presented in a relaxed dining room.
the lifts were not working, so accessing upper floors was difficult. i was not notified about this until i arrived. the general decor seemed old. furniture and carpets looked worn.

i found the location very convenient for accessing sophia gardens. the staff members were friendly and always willing to assist. the room size was adequate and met my needs well. the hotel has history with welsh rugby, which i found charming.
the room i was initially assigned to was previously occupied. the bed felt lumpy, and the pillows were not comfortable. the breakfast had eggs floating in oil, and most items looked fried rather than grilled. i noticed a limited selection of fruit on offer.

this hotel had a really central location near the castle. my room included an iron and a hairdryer. the breakfast offered a good variety. the staff were cute and helpful.
the room was dated with cracks in the paint, and some light switches did not function properly. the tv remote was intermittent. i think a refurbishment would enhance the guest experience.

my room was spacious. i noticed the bathroom had modern fixtures. the location suited my travel needs (i attended a conference). breakfast included fresh fruit, a really nice touch.
i found that the doors slammed shut loudly, causing some noise.
